About Rewilders
Who I am, The Rewilders ethos, Who I’ve worked with.
Who I am
Hello! I’m Katie.
Mum, wife, optimist.
Life coach, business coach, career coach.
Cheese obsessive, outdoor enthusiast, bizarrely good at hula-hooping.
Founder of Rewilders.
Home in Sheffield.
Rewilders Coaching was born out of a love for people, and a passion for helping to make the world a better place.
After university, I embarked on a marketing and management career that gave me the opportunity to work at amazing companies like Marks & Spencer, Mars Chocolate and Wheyhey!.
There I learnt that businesses are fundamentally about people, and that the time and effort you invest into bringing out the best in those people, can be the biggest factor in determining your success.
My career also taught me that businesses are not just there to make money. Businesses with a vision, with a greater purpose for existing than simply generating profit can be extremely powerful vehicles for change, and these are the companies people want to work for.
We all want to make a difference, to feel that our work is doing good, and to go home at the end of the day knowing that we’ve had a positive impact.
So when I decided to leave my ‘good, sensible career’ behind, and start running my own business, I knew these were the kind of companies I wanted to help - those who were intentional about doing good.
So I went and did additional training in life coaching and NLP at the Coaching Academy, and then started Rewilders - a coaching and consultancy business bringing business and professional development support to the leaders and teams of purpose-led organisations.
My mission is a simple one… to help you bring your best to work that makes a difference, so that good companies win, and the world becomes a better place.
Are you and your organisation out to make the world a better place?

The ‘Rewilders’ name
Where it comes from….
In nature, rewilding is a process in which an ecosystem is handed back control and allowed to return to its natural state. In this state, as it was intended, we see it flourish, self-restore and thrive.
Rewilders life coaching helps people to do the same thing.
My job is to hand you back control of your life and business/career, and to help you come home to the unique and gifted person that you are.
Whether you’re a leader, building your career or building a business, rewilding will equip you with confidence, courage and self awareness, so that you can become an unstoppable force for good in our world.
Client Work
Since starting my business I’ve had the privilege of working with over 200 different people across a variety of industries and professions to deliver over 500 hours of life coaching…
…from those working to get more people outdoors, to those teaching prisoners how to bake, to those creating neurodiverse workplaces, to those serving up nutritious, local, sustainable food.
Below are some of the amazing, purpose-led businesses that I am so proud to have supported.
If you would like the services of any of these amazing purpose-led businesses, feel free to drop me an email and I’ll happily introduce you to the people behind them.
